Headlining the celebrations is Simo Lagnawi & Gnawa London, led by one of the UK's leading ambassadors of traditional Gnawa music.

Born in Morocco and now based in London, Simo Lagnawi is a master of the guembri, the traditional three-stringed bass instrument at the heart of Gnawa music. Blending hypnotic rhythms, soulful vocals, call-and-response chants and infectious percussion, his performances draw on centuries-old North African musical traditions while bringing a fresh, contemporary energy to the stage.

Expect an immersive evening of powerful grooves, spiritual rhythms and vibrant Moroccan culture as we come together to celebrate the country's independence, heritage and musical identity.
